When I first moved to Washington, DC I joined a pottery studio to learn how to do wheel pottery. Although there were many flops at the wheel, the creative process from start to finish made it a joyful art outlet. Today I have many pots, coffee cups, and soap dishes placed around my apartment to decorate with a personal touch.
